About Us

Mission

JB2 Capital is a commercial real estate company with the mission of positively transforming people’s lives through the built environment.

Vision

The company is dedicated to building its relationships within the commercial real estate industry, identifying high-quality projects through a data-driven approach, and producing outsized returns to its investors.

Passion for Commercial Real Estate

My love for the commercial real estate industry began at a young age with an affinity towards architecture, such as Gerald Hines’ Transco Tower and the Galleria, and the downtown Houston and Manhattan skylines.

I marveled at mankind’s ability to build monuments that could withstand the test of time, improve people’s quality of life, and inspire humanity to push for infinite possibilities. This passion for architecture and design has continued unabated throughout my life.

As I grew up, I came to realize that what also attracted me to the industry was the quality of the people involved in it — the big personalities; the creatives; the practitioners; and the mix of skillsets across an interdisciplinary spectrum — all sharing a common involvement in real property and the communities in which they serve.” – Justin Boyar

What I love most about the commercial real estate industry is the people. I have been involved with developers and investors in every sector throughout my career, including office, retail, multi-family, industrial, mixed use, land acquisition and development, homebuilding, hospitality, medical and finance.

The people I have worked with regardless of size are typically classic entrepreneurs with a “can do” spirit, high energy and an appetite for risk. Throughout the many cycles I have lived through, what has been consistent is the resilience that this community has demonstrated. As we weather the current challenges in the industry, I am excited to work with Justin and share his vision for JB2 Capital.” – Bill Boyar
